SYNC ERROR

It is not possible to make the synchronization of my zotero. I receive this message:
[JavaScript Error: "stream.zotero.org:443 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Could you help me? My It team has not solution

    Hi, I´m not sure if this error is related to that one of Geraldine, but also
    I have a sync error with windows 10, zotero standalone sync preferences show Server connection error. (and internet is working ) Could someone have the solution? Thanks.
