Upgrade StorageMS Word Mac Plugin: adding a citation always switches display to "All Markup"

The problem is as described in the title: I'm using APA 6th edition, and inserting a citation when I'm tracking changes switches the markup display to "All Markup". It also happens if I click "Document Preferences", and then cancel. I've tried reinstalling the plugin, but it's still happening.

bwiernikThis is known, but unfortunately it is technically quite difficult to save the current editing state and restore it after updating the document.
