Style Request: The Journal of Transport History
Hi,
I have a style request for The Journal of Transport History (http://journals.sagepub.com/home/jth, eISSN: 17593999, ISSN: 00225266). The author guidelines have just been updated and are not on the publisher's website yet, but can be downloaded here: https://tubcloud.tu-berlin.de/s/w8BHEJTBexencse.
Sample quotations:
First reference (footnote) and bibliography:
John L. Campbell and Ove K. Pedersen, “The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success”, Comparative Political Studies 40:3 (2007), 307-332.
Isabela Mares, “Firms and the Welfare State: When, Why, and How Does Social Policy Matter to Employers?”, in Peter A. Hall and David Soskice (eds), Varieties of Capitalism. The Institutional Foundations of Comparative Advantage (New York: Oxford University Press, 2001), 184-213.
Subsequent references in footnote:
Campbell and Pedersen, “The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success”.
Mares, “Firms and the Welfare State”.
Unfortunately, I cannot provied a link to a paper formatted with this style (because it's new), but for reference here's a link to previous issues of the journal: http://journals.sagepub.com/loi/jthc,
Thanks for any help!
Philipp

Footnote styles take a lot of work and I'm currently very busy. I could expedite it against some payment though.
Had a quick look:
Did they used to have a numeric+bibliography style and now want a footnote style? From their publications it looks like it. I don't have access to most papers, so it's hard for me to verify anything.
Tagging you in case you didn't see my question.
