please I have reinstalled zotero as well as windows 10. now I am finding it difficult to install zotero add-in into word. please I need help

zotero word for window intergration (disabled) this is what is written when igo to tools to try and enable the plugin. the enable is clickable and it is currently enabled , I have gone through the process from costomized ribbons up to developer. i could see zotero.dotm.

What version does it say? You may have manually installed an old version of the plugin, in which case you should click Remove and restart Zotero.
