Perte bibliothèque sur word

Bonjour,
Je vous contacte car j'ai perdu la bibliothèque de référence de ma thèse. En gros, j'ai commencé à rédiger ma thèse sur un fichier word en insérant au fur et à mesure mes citations, qui, à l'époque, se sont intégrées sans problème.
Cependant, maintenant, lors de l'ouverture de mon fichier word, lorsque j'essaie d'introduire une nouvelle référence, la bibliothèque reprend à la citation numéro 1, et les insertions des références précédentes ne renvoient à rien. Sauf que je ne sais plus à quoi font référence les premières citations déjà intégrées.

Comment faire?

    This sounds like you (or someone you're working with) may have resaved the document in another program (e.g., Google Docs), which would've converted all the active citations to plain text. You can check whether that's the case by right-clicking on one of the old citations and seeing if it turns gray and/or Toggle Field Codes shows up in the menu. If not, I'm afraid you'll need to revert to a backup of your document from before it was resaved.

    My document was saved as an open office doc, which doesn't work with zotero.
    I had to re-insert all the quotes manually.
