Zotero acting up since Mac update

Hi,
I updated Word to 16.20 recently and ever since, my Zotero has been doing strange things. My bibliography doesn't automatically update, some of the citation styles put strange brackets around the references, and they're in a different font size than the rest of the text. When I try to go into the reference styles to edit, it's a blank page. I don't get any particular errors, but things are just not quite right, and it's making me go totally crazy. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Sara

    My bibliography doesn't automatically update
Is "Automatically update citations" enabled in the document preferences for that document?
When I try to go into the reference styles to edit, it's a blank page.
I'm not sure what you're referring to there.

Are you experiencing problems in new documents or only an existing one?

Yes, "automatically update citations" is enabled. Even when I hit "refresh" it doesn't work, I have to delete and re-add the bibliography.

The problem persists for both new and existing docs.

This is when I'm in Zotero and I go to Preferences -> Cite -> Style Editor
  • And you can't select any style in the Style Editor (there's a dropdown at the top right)

Are styles listed in Preferences--> Cite? If not, try resetting styles from the advanced tab of the preferences.
  • Go into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the Word plugin, then restart Word.
  • I reinstalled the Word plugin and restarted Word, but this didn't fix the problem.
