Google Chrome is disabling Zotero every time I attempt to save a link/document etc.

Google Chrome is disabling Zotero every time I attempt to save a link/document etc.

Then when I re-enable Zotero it is not responding.

Very frustrating....any solution?

    What exactly do you mean by "disabling Zotero"? Do you mean the Zotero Connector shows as disabled in the Chrome Extensions pane? If so, that would be a problem with Chrome that we wouldn't be able to do anything about, so you'd want to try reinstalling Chrome or similar. But first, let's make sure that's what you mean.

    I also had problems with the Zotero connector in my Chrome browser. It showed a screen saying I had to check if my Zotero program was running and just would not save anything. I could solve the problem like this: open the Chrome settings (3 dots top right)> Advanced > Privacy and Security > Clear Browser Data > Advanced. I cleared everything and that solved it...
