I don't have access to that site, but what exactly is happening when you try to save? What does it say when you hover over the save button, and what does it say in the save popup after you click the button?

Zotero picks up a DOI from the page 10.3969/j.issn.1005-0930.2013.06.002 which is registered with ISTIC (www.chinadoi.cn) -- ISTIC doesn't offer an API, so Zotero fails to import.

That said, we do have a Wanfang Data imported, which ideally should detect, but the site appears to have changed
