Smallscreen friendliness

I'm a university student and as well as my desktop PC I have an ickle EeePC 701 for note-taking and essay-writing on the go. The Zotero extension fits my horizontal real-estate (just!) but with a couple of sections a bit small for my liking. Is it possible to have either or both of the following options in future?:

*Have Zotero as a separate 'floating' window (see for example the configuration screen of Adblock Plus). With Zotero at the 'bottom' of the current tab I can't actually see any of the webpage, so a floating window that I could drag out of the way when not in use would be very useful

*Option to hide the 'List of collections' column. This takes up a lot of screen space, and if it could be turned off then the "author's first name" field would manage to be more than one character wide on my screen :P
  • See Dan's comment in this thread. There is an intention to abstract the interface for some of this sort of functionality, it just has not been a top priority.
  • I second this feature request.

Me too! I would love having all my entries, with complete title and complete name. You could pop up a window if you want to annotate an entrie (the right panel).

Thanks for taking care of it.
