From time to time I do [Check Database Integrity] in preference menu.

Does frequent [Check Database Integrity] possibly make problems?
Or is it helpful to maintain my DB?

Could you let me know proper interval of this function?

    Simply checking integrity won’t do anything to your database, but it’s not really necessary unless you are experiencing problems (which you shouldn’t under normal usage).
