Error 5097- Please help!

Zotero Plug in in word just stopped working. I tried to reinstall Zotero or Office without any success. Im literately losing my mind....
keep getting error 5097 in the Zotero tab.

What exactly is happening? What do you mean “stop working”?

Since yesterday I also have the same problem. When I try to cite a reference, I receive a popup titled Microsoft Visual Basic error, "Run-time error '5097': Word has encountered a problem." I tried removing normal.dotm and then reinstalling the Word addon. When that had no effect, I uninstalled and re-installed both Word and Zotero. No improvement. Although the Zotero tab is present, I currently cannot use the Zotero addon in Word. All programs are current versions, including Office 365 ṖroPlus subscription product and Zotero 5.0.58 on Windows 10. Any assistance would be most welcome.
