Upgrade StorageOne of my computers synced, the other didn't! Help!
I was able to sync my home computer no problem, but when I tried to sync my laptop I keep getting error messages. The following is the error message I got... can someone offer some suggestions for me? (And, in very "layperson" terms!) Thanks!
