my zotero is not showing in microsoft office home and student 2016.. what to do as done all but no use.. microsoft word pleple are saying talk to zotero costumer care..

Same issue here with Office 2016 Home Student and Windows 10 Home.

Tried all the procedures from Manual installation and also tried reinstalling Office. The toolbar appears, but nothing happens when I click on the options.

Well, after some more attempts, it worked. I ran Zotero with administrator privileges and reinstalled the plugin, then started Word also with admin privileges and the plugin buttons worked.

You really don't want to run Word and Zotero with administrator privileges, so I'd recommend trying to fix it without doing that.
