Yes it is compatible. Try to re-install the plugin from the Cite pane of Zotero preferences. If that doesn’t work, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation

I've followed all of these instructions, the dotm file is in the Word folder but I can't see how to use it in my Word file. Nvm got it!
