Style Error: American Psychological Association 6th Edition

For an episode of a TV show, I would expect to see:

Writer, W. W. (Writer), & Director, D. D. (Director). (Date of publication). Title of episode [Television series episode]. In P. Producer (Producer), Series title. City, state of origin: Studio or distributor.

O’Shannon, D., Anderson, T. (Writers), & Burrows, J. (Director). (1989, April 3). Call me irresponsible. [Television series episode]. In B. Steinkellner & C. Eichen (Producers), Cheers. NBC.

(see https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/reference_list_other_non_print_sources.html )

What I am getting instead is:

Director, D. D. (Date of publication). Title of episode [Television series episode]. Series Title. Network.

Burrows, J. (1989, April 3). Call me irresponsible [Television series episode]. Cheers. NBC.

I have most up to date style. I am selecting "TV Broadcast" as the item type and using "Scriptwriter" for the writer entries.
