Help citing deed in APA 6th edition

Hello,

I am new to Zotero and am writing a technical report in APA 6th edition that will include citations to land deeds. I understand that I'm going to have to edit the style to make it work but I don't know how to code. I will have numerous citations that will need to look like this in the text:

Blah blah ([Deed], 2018a)

And like this in the bibliography (note that they are ordered [2018a, b] by page number):

[Deed]. (2018a, May 6). (Book 265 Deeds, pp. 144-145). San Bernardino County Historical Archives, San Bernardino, CA.

[Deed]. (2018b, October 17). (Book 265 Deeds, pp. 370-371). San Bernardino County Historical Archives, San Bernardino, CA.

Can anyone help me out with this, please? Has anyone done something similar before?

Thank you in advance,
Leslie

That doesn’t look much like APA style at all. APA style would generally not put the book title in parentheses. How did you determine that this was the format you wanted to use?

To get something close to this, use Document, enter [Deed] as the title, and enter the book title and pages in Extra like this:
    Container title: Book 265 Deeds
    Page: 370-371
