When should item type "Entry" should be used? I don't find it defined in Zotero documentation.

bwiernikDo you mean the CSL item type 'entry'? Don't use that. It's an artifact of earlier versions of CSL that had fallback item types. Stick with entry-encyclopedia or entry-dictionary.
