error setting new validation key when I try to retrieve a lost password
I am unable to reset my password -- when I try to retrieve it I get "Error setting new validation key" and it says "No email sent." When I try to set up a new account with the email I try to retrieve my password with, I am told I cannot because that email is already taken. There is literally no way to retrieve the password or access my account -- and though I've set up a new account with a different email address, I'd like to access my original account. Any suggestions? Thanks!
