Error 396326627 (Sync termination)

ever since I added (imported from EndNote) about 2000 references to my library sync terminates with an error. Could this be related to the size of the database?

I am running 2.0b4 on Windows XP.

    I deleted your other thread—no need to start new ones for the same issue.

    In your other thread you said you deleted the new collection and the problem persisted, but from the error report it appears you just deleted the collection, but not the items within it, which would still be in your library.

    Anyway, yes, it's the size of the sync (due to the new items), and it's a bug we're aware of and should have fixed very soon.

    thanks Dan for your super fast response ... in fact too fast for me to report that I noticed that the sub-collection was gone but the content wasn't ...

    is this intentional behavior?

    unfortunately now that I have deleted the content as well I still get a sync error.

    Yes, removing a collection isn't supposed to remove items within, which are merely links to items in the library and might exist in other collections. If you want to delete all items in a collection, you need to select all, right-click, and choose "Delete All Selected Items from Library".

    Post another Report ID for the sync problem.
