Problem with Word

Hi,

I have a problem with zotero on word. Zotero appears but when I try to insert a citation, a window appear and it's loading... loading... But then nothing work.

Do you have any idea in order to solve my problem?

My suggestion: re-install the Word plug-in, reboot the computer, and make sure Zotero standalone is running while you are trying to insert the citation.

database disk image is malformed

Your database is corrupted, which usually happens if you have your Zotero data directory in a cloud storage folder such as Dropbox. If that's the case for you, you should move it out of there.

To repair the database, you can try the DB Repair Tool.
