Translator problem

Since yesterday I have been unable to import data from Solo (Bodleian library catalogue) and the catalogue general of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. Only worldcat seems to work. I have updated version of Chrome, zotero and the translator and I have restarted my laptop twice. Where is the problem?

I have already done it and I find nothing looking like an answer to my problem. The message of the translator says "Une erreur s’est produite lors de l’enregistrement avec Primo. Tentative d’enregistrement en utilisant Embedded Metadata à la place." but I have no idea what I should do to correct this

I can add these details when attempting to download book details from the University of York Primo.

@richard.masters we're aware of this for classic Primo catalogs and to the best of our knowledge that's an issue of the catalog that the provider is working to address, see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/316205/#Comment_316205

But e.g. Oxford is on the new version of Primo which is working correctly for me.

Apologies - my misunderstanding.

I have just tried solo.bodleian.ox.ac but that does not work for me either.

I'm sure there is an obvious explanation, but I notice that using the "Save to zotero" bookmarklet works for Uni of York, Oxford and British Library.

odd; do you have a URL where you're trying that at Oxford? Which browser?

Ah, it looks like I may have just caught it when it was undergoing an udpdate, or they still hadn't sorted out their website links.

The one that did *not* work was:

But I have just found this one which *does* work:
http://solo.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/primo-explore/search?vid=SOLO
(Translator shows as Primo 2018)

Ah, OK, so that's expected. The primo-explore ones work, the primo_library ones don't. The bookmarklet thing is odd, though.
