Drop and Drag is not working

Hello,
I am no longer able to drop and drag information into Word.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a drag that doesn't work?

    What style is selected in the Export pane of the preferences?

    (Also note that we recommend using the Word plugin to cite in Word rather than drag-and-drop.)
