Repeatedly getting an error message when syncing 1714136575
I am using Chrome. Could it be the anti-virus software (software is Sophos) blocking the function?
  • Win error 5 during operation open on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\tmp\DVXJ7CB2.zip (Access is denied.
    Yes, this is most likely due to security software.
