Help - multiple citation

Hi,
I have a very big problem and is urgent (these), so please please please help me ! ^^
my citations in word, even if they are multiple, are put as one

Example of what is happening :
text --> blablablalba x balblablabla
bibliography at the end --> x. citation1, citation 2

Example of what i want :
text --> blbablablaba 1-2 blablablalba
bibliography at the end --->1. citation 1
2. citation 2

    What is the Zotero style you are using?

    Please provide a short example of the _exact_ text from your thesis so that we can understand your problem and suggest how to resolve it. Your "blablabla X Blablabla" might be helpful to some but a brief real example should be more useful to those willing to help.
