Problem accessing Scopus and WoS through institutional proxy

Hi there,
When I access via remote access from my University (University of Cantabria) to either Scopus or Web of Science, articles won't save to Zotero.

It's almost certainly a problem with this particular proxy. Has this ever worked?
@adomasven are we expecting this proxy pattern to work with the connectors? I could only find one old unresolved thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/32345/acs-publications-issue-with-proxy

It used to work (don't know if my university has change any thing since then) :(

@jorgeoceja I'm afraid the proxy scheme is too much to deal with for the Zotero proxy recognition code, which is why you would be seeing failures. An option that might yield decent results is trying to save PDFs with the Zotero Connector and the automatic PDF recognition in Zotero will likely be able to fetch the parent item. Otherwise, you could talk to your IT dept and see if there's a possibility to have proxy schemes that more resemble those that ezproxy produces, i.e. https://www-scopus-com.[institution].edu/
