Error forcing zotero to restart

Hi,

several times a day I get an error with a message that I should restart it.
Adding items to the library via firefox does still work but I cannot browse the items in zotero any more.
I can't really reproduce the error. Sometimes, it appears, other times, zotero runs stable for hours.

version => 5.0.54, platform => Linux x86_64, oscpu => Linux x86_64, locale => en-US, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.54, extensions => Zotero Better Bib(La)Tex (5.0.181, extension), Zotero automatic export (1.2.4, extension, disabled), ZotFile (4.2.8, extension, disabled), ZoteRename (1.3.6, extension, disabled), Zutilo Utility for Zotero (2.0.4, extension, disabled), Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.14.SA.5.0.54, extension, disabled)

Any hints what that could cause?
I am using arch linux.

Best,
Henrik
  • Can you install the Zotero beta and try to produce a Debug ID (not Report ID) for this happening? (You can clear the debug output periodically while it's running to keep it from growing too large.)
  • Done. Debug ID D981051685

  • Does this happen if you disable BBT?
  • Yes, see Debug ID D1581574424
  • It looks like you may have Quick Copy set to a translator no longer exists. I've fixed the error for the next version, but you should be able to fix this now by correcting your Quick Copy setting and then restarting Zotero.
  • Indeed, no default format for Quick Copy was set. Thank you for your help!
