Upgrade StorageProblem with Zotero update and Zotero now not able to open
Dear people,
Hello. I recently was prompted that Zotero had an update. I allowed it to update, but since then have not been able to open Zotero at all. When I try to open it, I get the following error message.
Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ??0Decimal@webcore @ .... could not be located in the dynamic link library ... \zoteroStandalone\xlrunner\xul.dll.
Does anyone have suggestions about where to go from here? I wanted to ask before just trying to install it again, as I have much previous information saved on Zotero, and I do not want to lose it all. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

adamsmithYou can just re-install -- that won't affect the data stored in Zotero.
