Upgrade StorageZotero connector not working with Firefox 62.0.1
On no sites will Zotero connector give me a Zotero download icon, eg.

I'm not blocking cookies or pop-ups and the connector appears in my add-ons. Zotero is on and Zotero connector is authorized.
