zotero tab on word doc

I've downloaded Zotero on my new computer (Microsoft surface with M edge) and sycn all the bibliography and all went well.

I've also downloaded the connector and I tried with google crome but the fact is that zotero tab does not show up in the word doc and therefore I cannot add footnotes to my document using zotero's bibliog

Is there any help for this?!

Thanks Adam ...I've tried everything. I've even reinstalled Zotero and nothing and in my old computer all works well.

My word is 16...is that a problem?

No, in general Zotero works with Word 2016. What happens when you try to manually install the template?

And you're sure you've placed Zotero.dotm in the correct startup folder?

What happens if you open the Zotero.dotm file directly in Word (this won't fix anything, it's just for testing)
