Error processing uploaded data ID:1231294196

Today, when I opened Zotero, an error processing message appeared on the top right corner of the page. What does it mean?
  • If you click the round green sync arrow again, does the message go away ?
  • No, it doesn't. There's always an exclamation point.
  • Same problem here (ID: 1497406358)
  • I could solve the problem by updating to the latest version of zotero.
  • Same for me. Also had that error and could solve it by updating to the latest version of zotero (open zotero -> help -> check for updates)
  • This should be fixed now, but it only occurred in Zotero 4, which will no longer sync after August 1st, so if you were seeing it you should upgrade to Zotero 5.
