Cannot add citations.

Hi, I've been using zotero for a while now but I'm recently encountering problems. I cant add or edit citations. it just shows an empty dialogue box to select from. I'm using office 365.

Can you take a screenshot of what you see, post to a free image hosting site like Imgur or Dropbox, and post a link here?

Try switching back to the default dialogue by unchecking the “Use Classic Citation Dialog” box in the Cite pane of Zotero preferences.

A Report ID after you encounter the blank window would also be helpful.
