Transferring zotero storage space to another team member

Is it possible to transfer an upgraded storage plan from one group member to another? We have a team member that is leaving our organization and we want to make sure we are still able to utilize the upgraded storage we purchased for this person's account.

    Email storage@zotero.org with details about the situation. It’s a good idea to have groups and storage be associated with an “oranganization” account that at least a few people have the credentials so that you don’t run into this issue in the future.
