Zotero kept crashing, especially when I tried to add new pdf files and it was retrieving the information from the pdf. There was no error message and the Zotero just quit and disappeared.

    No one else has reported anything like that, so this doesn't appear to be a general problem. Is this still happening? If so, have you tried restarting your computer? How much RAM does your computer have?

    I am quite surprised that I am the first to report this. Is might be related with ZotFile that I installed a few days ago or the update that was auto-installed. I have tried restarting the computer but it did not solve the problem. The total RAM is 16 G, and I am using less than 50%. It did happen less frequently after I sent the report. I will keep you posted. Thanks!
