[Juris-M] Zotero tab missing in Word for Mac

The Zotero tab is missing in Word for Mac. I see it in Word for Windows though.
The functionality is available, as I can see the zetero macros under the Developer tab.
What's going on?

What version of Word for Mac are you running (like 16.11)?

According to the Add-ons Manager, it says 5.0.14.SA.5.0.45m33.

I wonder why it doesn't start with 16. Am I barking up the wrong tree?

No that's the add on version. The question is about word for Mac itself

That version of Word is very old. Update to the current version;

I've since updated my Word to the most recent 16.13.1.

Still, the Zotero tab hasn't returned.

I have Word for Mac 14.7.3. Is this the most recent update possible for Word for Mac 2011? If so, is updating to Office 2016 for Mac the only way to get the Zotero toolbar?

No, Zotero works on Word 2011. Are you using juris-m or Zotero?

@wonblee Your copy of Juris-M is out of date. If you reinstall, you should get version 5.0.52m40, which will update automatically.

If you still have problems after updating, post back.
