using desktop client what is the best way to share a paper with a colleague

If I'm using desktop client and I have a paper in a group library that I want to share with a colleague, what is the best way to do this? In theory I could tell them the name and that it is in the library, or I can go to the online version of zotero and email them the link. Are there any other ways? Thank you.

    The Zutilo plugin adds options to the right-click menu to copy the URL for the item in the online group library as well as the “Zotero select” links to pull up the item in the desktop client. If they are a member of the group, one of these links would be very easy to do.

    In my collaborations, I also usually have a collection for each person that we use as a sort of transfer/inbox to point out papers to each other.

    Thank you, I've installed Zutilo and tried it out. It took a bit to figure out that I had to adjust the preferences to get it to display "Copy Zotero URIs" in the context menu, but now it's working great! Thank you.
