PDF upload issues using Zotero Connector for Chrome

I am having issues uploading PDFs to Zotero, specifically from JSTOR, using Zotero Connector for Chrome. I was able to make this work for the first 15 or so articles. Now the citation uploads but not the PDF attachment.
I have already reinstalled Zotero and the connector.

    Open the PDF manually in your browser -- you may need to accept terms and conditions -- then try again.

    If that doesn't work, does this fail on the same PDFs that previously worked?

    Thanks! That worked.
    Another issue - I use the Zotero application on a mac desktop and laptop. The 2 versions were fully synced until recently. The last set of articles that I uploaded on the desktop in the last 2 weeks are not syncing on the laptop anymore. Help!
