First citation comes in short form (APA 6, Libre Office)

In my document, until recently the added citations were correctly inserted with the authors listed up to seven on first citation, and later citations listing only the first author and using "et.al". Now, for some weeks apparently, this does not happen any more. The first citation comes in short form too. A test with a new document shows the same result. Is there a bug somewhere?

    APA lists only the first five, no the first seven, authors on a first citation. Nothing about this has changed neither in APA style nor in Zotero's implementation of it.

    Seven refers to the number of authors that should be shown in the bibliography, not citations (which should show up to five as adamsmith notes).
