The macros can't be found in Word

Hi there

I managed to add add-ins with zotero, however when I click on zotero citation tab a message appears that 'the macros can't be found'. I have tried with trust center in word but had no success

    What's the exact message you're receiving?

    The macro can't be found or has been disabled because of my Macro security settings.

    I did change and enabled all Macros, but it didn't work

    You would need to restart Word after enabling all macros to see the effect. After restarting Word and trying to use Zotero, what is the exact error that you get?

    I did change security setting and I have enabled all macros

    There are additional Macro settings in the Trust Centre under Add-ins. For a test you could try opening the Zotero.dotm manually and seeing whether that works properly.
