Vancouver style error: citation numbering right-justified

When I create my reference list (either in Word) or from selected citations in my file library, the reference numbering is right justified. I've downloaded all versions of Vancouver style and this happens every time. I suspect it is something to do with my own computer, but perhaps others have noticed it as well? Any suggestions?

    I have this problem, too. Is this a setting I need to change on my end, or is a Zotero style problem? Thanks!

    I’m not sure exactly what you mean. Can you post a screenshot to a site like Imgur or Dropbox and paste a link here?

    How are you generating the citation? We've seen this from the clipboard, but apart from the report above, I've not seen this when generating citations with the Word add-on.
