Merging from another user's Word document
Hi there,
I've recently downloaded Zotero as my lab is switching over from Endnote and I'm wondering how I can import the citations from a word document created by another user (through Zotero) to my own library.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an old discussion that has not been active in a long time. Before commenting here, you should strongly consider starting a new discussion instead. If you think the content of this discussion is still relevant, you can link to it from your new discussion.
Though note that the imported items will not be connected to the Word document.
For moving from Endnote, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/importing_records_from_endnote

The feature was introduced to support supervision of student writing projects, but should be useful for collaboration as well. Juris-M is sync-compatible with Zotero.
