How to automatically import metadata?

When I go into options there is a section called Automatic File Importing. But the box that says "Enabled Hostnames" is blank and I cannot add anything to it. Can I add sites to this box? Is there a way that Zotero automatically imports data from ALL the papers I browse from sites like Scopus and Sage, for example?

    This option is to "Import BibTeX/RIS/Refer files into Zotero" as you download them.

    I don't know what you mean by automatically importing data from all papers on Scopus or Sage.
