Add/Edit Citation Dialog Box Not Showing

I have Zotero 5.0.44 installed on my laptop. I've just installed it on my desktop pc as well but its not behaving the same way as on the laptop. The usual "Add/Edit Citation" dialog box pops up when I click on the relevant button under Zotero in MS Word on my laptop. However, I only get a long red Z bar when I click on the "Add/Edit Citation" button on the desktop pc, with the word {Citation} on top of the red Z bar. Not sure whether I'm doing anything wrong or Zotero is behaving normally. Some guidance will help. Thanks.

    The red bar is the default. The Add/Edit Citation dialog is the older ("classic") view, which you can access by clicking on the Z icon in the red bar or by setting that as the default in the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences. (A future version of Zotero will likely add some form of collection browsing to the default interface.)
