Zotero won't open
ZOTERO Error Report ID: 1353494659
Hi there
I try to open Zotero and I get a quick flash across the screen (shortcut activating I think) and then nothing opens.
I’ve tried going to zotero.exe and running the file itself and same thing happens - HELP
I’ve shut down and restarted with no change
Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1
Zotero Standalone
Zotero version – can’t open it to see
Zotero connector version 5.0.35
I’ve tried -ZoteroDebug” and “-jsconsole” to no avail but see error report from jsconsole below.
It appears I can still add references to Zotero and add citations to papers but cannot access Zotero itself very frustrating.

I would first try reinstalling Zotero from the download page to make sure you're running the latest version.
If that doesn't help, you can try is closing Zotero and renaming D:\Users\mvanderz\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero to "Zotero-Old". When you next start up Zotero, it should create a new profile directory (the equivalent of 60m8att8.default). If that works you'll have to reapply any settings (custom data directory, sync username, etc.), though you may be able to copy the prefs.js file from your old profile directory to restore most settings without triggering this again.
