Sync button should activate a "enter user and password" dialog when the user synchronized for the first time.

    not sure why. Putting this in the preferences seems like a good solution to me.

    Hadaxu's suggestion sounds more user friendly to me. First time users would be helped by this. It would still be there in the preferences of course.

    I've proposed at some point that it simply open the Preferences window to the Sync pane. I'll keep advocating for it.
