Abbreviated Journal Name in Bibliography and Title not in Italics

So, I can't show you that it's not in italics, but you can see that the Journal name is abbreviated...(supposed to be HArvard Style)
I need it to NOT be abbreviated and the Title to BE IN ITALICS...
