Minor issue/question - why are icons and coloured tags blurry only for conference papers?

I was working through my collection and thought my eyes were getting tired. I felt like some of the small coloured tags next to my items were blurry. Then others weren't.

Taking a closer look, it appears that the icon and any coloured tags in an item marked as a conference paper is blurry.

I can understand just the conference icon being blurry, perhaps just a low-res icon file, but the coloured swatches too?

    For technical reasons, the tag swatches are actually part of the item type icons, and we don't yet have a high-res icon for the conference paper icon or a few other types. I've fixed it for the next version to at least display high-res tag swatches in those cases.
