How do i change it to just numbers??

    You'll need to be a lot more specific, all our crystal balls broke.
    What is "it"? What exactly do you want to get? Give examples and explain properly.

    my references are ordered as such -
    i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi and so on.
    i would like it to be -
    1,2,3,4,5 and so on.

    If you are using a footnote/endnote style, this is controlled by Word (Zotero just tells Word to 'insert a footnote here'). Right click on the number in the note and change the footnote settings.
