Problem with et al in bibliography when pulling a source from the web
Hello All,
I am using the Chrome plugin to pull the citation information from this website:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29283704
I have managed to do this no problem. Using the Cite Them Right 10th edition - Harvard style, the citation part of this source displays correctly, (Lee et al., 2017). However, the bibliography is as follows:
Lee, J. W. Y. et al. (2017)
Each authors name should be clearly displayed as per the style requirements, can anyone shed light as to why this is not the case? I have tried with other sources pulled from the web and some have worked and others not.
Is it to do with the metadata of the website page?

So the Zotero style is working correctly according to the style guide.
