I'm not sure what "Print" means in this context. A bibliography? (in which case click on "My Library" --> select all (ctrl+a) in the middle panel--> right-click, Create Bibliography from Selected Items) or something else?
I am trying to accomplish two different things: 1)be able to print out a complete bibliography of all items I have in Zotero. 2)Related, but would like to download a complete bibliography to word or pdf so I can store it and use it outside of Zotero. At times I have had sync issues and reliability problems within Zotero and I would like to have this data outside for safety.
I asked this question a few years back and no one had an answer, thanks for helping. I have access to macs and pcs, today I am on a Mac and CTRL A doesn't do anything anywhere on the my library page..... thanks, Patrick
OK, so you have Zotero installed, right? Then there's nothing to download technically. All items are already local, so all you need to do is to create a bibliography.
On Mac, select all is cmd+a in the middle panel (as well as in pretty much any other software, btw.). Right-click on Mac is ctrl+click (though you can & likely should set up right-click/two-finger click if you haven't already).
If you select RTF as the export format that will save on your computer, you can open it with Word (i.e. your 2.) and print it out from there (your 1.)
thanks, did that, but: *it only gave me the first two pages of a 100 or so pages. *it didn't give me full biblio, just the brief parts that display on screen before you click on an individual item.
