How to change spelling check preference?

Hi all. I am a new user, but I am already loving in using the Note for my case note. Problem is, since I use Autralian English, auto spelling check appears on any Aussie spelled words that are not consistent with, presumably, US ones, and it make me mentally tired. How could I overcome this discrimination?
